Darren is a Financial Advisor at D.A. Davidson and has been in the industry for almost 20 years after a career in various sales roles. He graduated from Central Washington University with a degree in Business Administration, is fully licensed and registered and also holds his Certified Wealth Strategist (CWS®) designation. Darren enjoys playing golf, fishing, collecting memorabilia and helping out with his son in law's race team.

Karlee is a Financial Advisor and joined the team in 2023. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM professional. Prior to joining D.A. Davidson she worked on a team for 5 years at RBC Wealth Management. She graduated from Central Washington University with a double major in Economics and Business Management with a specialization in Finance. In her free time Karlee enjoys cooking, reading and spending time outdoors with her husband.

Hallie joined the team in 2025. After working in retail management for six years, she joined The Confluence Group as a client associate. Hallie's background has sharpened her ability to build meaningful relationships and provide exceptional customer service. In her spare time she likes to cook, bake, read, or spend time outdoors on her family's property on Whidbey Island.
